On Episode 18 of the BVU Wrestling BeaverCast, we'll visit with
the Director of Athletic Performance Ryder Weischedel.
The role of a Strength & Conditioning coach has evolved over the years and the South Dakota native has drawn on his experiences as a two-sport college athlete and learned under numerous mentors at all levels of college athletics.
Weischedel pulls back the curtain to explain how the strength and conditioning program works with wrestlers compared to other athletes in other sports in all divisions.
Updates on how to subscribe to the show will be posted at the landing page for the podcast at BVUBeaverCast.com.
